Uni- or bilateral cysts of the renal sinuses are not rare. Low rate of detection of such cysts can be explained by subclinical course of the disease and underestimation of sonography. Renal sinus cysts may exist in parallel with parenchymatous cysts. The diagnosis is made at sonography followed later by excretory urography and comparison of the results obtained. In asymptomatic renal sinus cysts dynamic sonographic examinations are indicated 1-2 times a year, when clinical symptoms appear surgical treatments is valid.
肾窦单发性或双侧性囊肿并不罕见。此类囊肿检出率低可归因于疾病的亚临床过程以及超声检查的低估。肾窦囊肿可能与实质囊肿并存。诊断通过超声检查做出，随后进行排泄性尿路造影并比较所得结果。对于无症状的肾窦囊肿，每年需进行1 - 2次动态超声检查，出现临床症状时手术治疗有效。
