Three cases with scar cancer of the lung were presented. One was explored and found unresectable and the other two had pneumonectomy. No long time survival was found after operation. These facts depicted that the tumor is higher malignant because of early lymphatic and hematogenous metastasis. The prognosis is poor. One case of them was given preoperative radiotherapy was carried our in one case and there was no obvious response. The clinicopathologic characteristics of the disease, the diagnostic standards and the relationship between the scar and cancer were discussed with a review of literature.
本文报告3例肺瘢痕癌。1例探查后发现无法切除，另2例行肺切除术。术后均无长期存活者。这些事实表明，该肿瘤因早期淋巴和血行转移而具有较高的恶性程度，预后较差。其中1例术前进行了放疗，但未见明显反应。结合文献复习，对本病的临床病理特征、诊断标准以及瘢痕与癌的关系进行了讨论。
