A 61-year-old male was diagnosed abdominal aortic aneurysm (infrarenal type) with horseshoe kidney and left accessory renal artery (LARA). Intraluminal grafting and reconstruction of LARA were performed successfully without division of the isthmus of horseshoe kidney.
一名61岁男性被诊断为腹主动脉瘤（肾下型），合并马蹄肾和左副肾动脉（LARA）。成功实施了腔内移植物植入术并重建了左副肾动脉，未对马蹄肾峡部进行离断。
