[Anatomical and functional results of middle ear reconstruction with tympanic-ossicular allografts].

A one stage--surgical procedure with the own modification using tympanic membrane allograft to attached the malleus handle and shaped incus columella was performed in order to reconstruction of 22 severely damaged middle ears. Two years postoperatively observation showed 63.3% of those patients maintaining average 20 dB of air-bone gap or better.
