Abstract
The alloplastic prosthesis in 14 patients with the nasal septal perforation is used with a good clinical results. In the cytological investigation a changes of the nasal epithelium before and after using the prosthesis were found.

14例鼻中隔穿孔患者使用异体植入假体，临床效果良好。在细胞学研究中，发现使用假体前后鼻上皮有变化。
