Three cases of acute abdominal pain in children are presented. The clinical diagnosis was acute appendicitis and emergency appendectomy was performed. The histopathological study showed the presence of Enterobius vermicularis and chronic inflammatory changes in the appendix.
本文报告了三例儿童急性腹痛病例。临床诊断为急性阑尾炎并进行了急诊阑尾切除术。组织病理学研究显示阑尾中有蛲虫及慢性炎症改变。
