Abstract
The authors report an anomalous tendon during routine cadaver dissection. This accessory peroneus brevis tendon arose with the peroneus brevis muscle. The tendon passed through a channel in the peroneus tertius and inserted into the extensor hood apparatus of the fifth digit.
