Abstract

I reviewed 17 children with overriding of the fifth toe, treated by Butler's arthroplasty; 6 underwent bilateral operation. Satisfactory results were obtained in all but 1 patient, and all could wear normal shoes.

我回顾了17例采用巴特勒关节成形术治疗的第五趾骑跨患儿；其中6例行双侧手术。除1例患者外，所有患者均取得满意效果，且都能穿正常鞋子。
