Abstract

We treated 5 patients with soft tissue defects involving the skin and tendon with microsurgical transfer of vascularized tendon grafts from the upper lateral arm. All the flaps survived and recovery of motor function has been satisfactory. The advantages of a composite upper lateral arm flap are its versatility, constant anatomy, and skin sensibility.

我们采用上臂外侧带血管蒂肌腱移植显微外科技术治疗了5例伴有皮肤和肌腱软组织缺损的患者。所有皮瓣均存活，运动功能恢复良好。上臂外侧复合皮瓣的优点在于其多功能性、恒定的解剖结构以及皮肤感觉。
