Expert evaluation of the teamwork on tuberculin diagnosis revealed noticeable defects in this field. There are errors in the reading of the tuberculin tests, cases of overlooked primary infection. Full-value antituberculosis preventive measures are thought more feasible when a phthiopediatrist is included in the team who is responsible for planning the activity of the team, for control of the diagnosis quality, selection of the primary disease cases, chemotherapy prevention, BCG revaccination.
