Relining dentures with metal bases.

Metal bases are common in both complete and removable partial dentures. Before the introduction of adhesive denture base material, relining of these bases was almost impossible. This article presents a case on the technique of relining a partial denture metal base, using a 4-META resin (Acrylic Solder). With this technique, metal base can be relined easily in the dental office.
