Abstract
36 highly myopic eyes were done extracapsular cataract extraction with posterior chamber IOL implantation and followed up 12-77 months, averaging 33 months. 95% of the patients with ocular axial lengths of 26 to 28 mm achieved corrected visual acuities of 0.5 or over, whereas for eyes with axial lengths over 28 mm, the visual prognosis was less satisfactory. There had been no complications of retinal detachment, glaucoma or corneal dystrophy.
摘要
对36只高度近视眼施行白内障囊外摘除联合后房型人工晶状体植入术，随访12 - 77个月，平均33个月。眼轴长度在26至28毫米的患者中，95%的患者矫正视力达到0.5或以上，而眼轴长度超过28毫米的患者，视力预后不太理想。未发生视网膜脱离、青光眼或角膜营养不良等并发症。
