A case of anterior mediastinal mature teratoma containing air because of penetrating to the lung was reported. The patient was a 28-year-old woman. The chest X-ray film on admission showed a homogeneous mass in the anterior mediastinum. This shadow changed to cystic one after ten days later. The tumor was removed together with adhering part of the left lung and pericardium through median sternotomy. Histologically, the wall of cysts contained sebaseous glands, bronchial glands and pancreatic tissue containing both exocrine and endocrine elements.
报告了一例因穿透至肺部而含有气体的前纵隔成熟畸胎瘤病例。患者为一名28岁女性。入院时胸部X线片显示前纵隔有一均匀肿块。十天后此阴影变为囊性。通过正中胸骨切开术将肿瘤连同左肺和心包的粘连部分一并切除。组织学检查显示，囊肿壁含有皮脂腺、支气管腺以及含有外分泌和内分泌成分的胰腺组织。
