The authors analysed the results of combined operations in diseases of the biliary system and other abdominal organs in 129 patients. All operations were divided into 4 groups. It is noted that decompression of the bile ducts must be performed when cholecystectomy is combined with resection of the stomach so as to avoid the development of severe postoperative complications. The lethality was 10%. The authors believe that simultaneous operative interventions must be conducted for strict indications with consideration for the concomitant pathologic conditions.
