[Psychosomatic aspects of essential blepharospasm].

Relative to nosological classification and therapeutic strategies essential Blepharospasm is discussed controversially in Neurology, Psychiatry, Psychoanalysis, and other related branches. From an integrative point of view the clinical symptomatic is a result of psycho-social factors as well as organic factors. Two own cases are reported. The diagnostic, therapeutic, and prognostic core problems are discussed.
