The authors report on a case of fatal systemic P-W-Chr syndrome accompanied by DIC. The coagulation disturbance of the patient stopped after the administration of heparin, but this had no effect on the prognosis of the illness. The basic illness that had caused the syndrome could not be demonstrated either in vivo, or during the autopsy so that the above case is thought to be a sui generis form. According to the author's opinion the DIC is not an inducing factor but an accompanying phenomenon in the course of the basic disease.
作者报告了一例伴有弥散性血管内凝血（DIC）的致命性全身性P-W-Chr综合征病例。患者在使用肝素后凝血紊乱停止，但这对疾病预后并无影响。无论是在体内还是尸检过程中，均未发现导致该综合征的基础疾病，因此上述病例被认为是一种特殊形式。作者认为，DIC不是诱发因素，而是基础疾病病程中的一种伴随现象。
