Abstract

The reaction of haemostatic system under the condition of sympathetic receptions blocking and the suppression of the hypothalamic-hypophyseal-adrenocortical system reactivity as the result of immobilisation stress have been studied in the experiments on rabbits. It was found that the sympathetic nervous system and HHAS took part in the regulation of the blood coagulation, fibrinolysis and kininogenesis under stress-syndrome development by the activation of lysosomal apparatus of neutrophilic leukocytes of peripheral blood.

在对家兔的实验中,研究了交感神经受体阻断条件下止血系统的反应以及因制动应激导致的下丘脑 - 垂体 - 肾上腺皮质系统反应性的抑制。结果发现,在应激综合征发展过程中,交感神经系统和下丘脑 - 垂体 - 肾上腺皮质系统通过激活外周血中性粒细胞的溶酶体装置参与了凝血、纤维蛋白溶解和激肽生成的调节。
