The case is reported of a female patient with bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome, the diagnosis confirmed on surgical exploration, associated with Raynaud's phenomenon. A review is given of the relatively sparse literature on the subject, followed by a discussion of the pathogenetic relationship and therapy.
