[Psychological disorders in children and adolescents].

After some introductory remarks on definition and frequency, a classification of psychiatric disorders in children and adolescents is given. Due to limited space, the various disorders are discussed only in terms of their relation to phases of development in childhood and adolescence. Finally, a sketch of basic ideas of etiology and the most important therapeutic approaches is presented.
