A case of obturator nerve injury with delayed manifestation following laparoscopic pelvic lymphadenectomy is presented. While the incidence of obturator nerve injury does not appear to differ between open surgical and laparoscopic approaches, the laparoscopic approach demands unequivocal visualization of the nerve when utilizing electrocautery because of the risk of nerve injury from thermal conduction through apposed tissues.
本文报告一例腹腔镜盆腔淋巴结清扫术后出现延迟表现的闭孔神经损伤病例。虽然开放手术和腹腔镜手术中闭孔神经损伤的发生率似乎没有差异，但由于存在通过相邻组织热传导导致神经损伤的风险，腹腔镜手术在使用电灼时需要清晰地显露神经。
