Abstract
The clinical, pathological and laparoscopic data of five patients with liver disease due to Thorotrast are presented. Laparoscopy showed various degrees of fibrosis and nodularity. One patient developed cholangiocarcinoma and two showed dysplasia at biopsy. The laparoscopic appearance is practically diagnostic.
