Abstract

A new "smeared filament image" focal spot model is suggested. This model and previous models are compared to experimental results. It is found that the proposed model fits the experimental data in a self consistent and accurate manner. The rectangular model also gives satisfactory results in situations where the focus MTF does not dominate the system MTF.

提出了一种新的“模糊细丝图像”焦斑模型。将该模型与先前的模型与实验结果进行了比较。发现所提出的模型以自洽且准确的方式拟合了实验数据。在焦点调制传递函数（MTF）不主导系统MTF的情况下，矩形模型也给出了令人满意的结果。
