[The influence of pentagastrin on the concentration of free amino acids in the gastric juice (author's transl)].

The content of the free amino acids in the gastric juice is different in the state of normo-, hypo-, hyper- and anacidity. Free amino acids can be determined by the amino autoanalyzer after deproteinisation and delipidation of the gastric juice. 45 min after pentagastrin stimulation the content of free amino acids is significantly reduced compared to the values before stimulation, except for patients with anacidity.
