The content of the free amino acids in the gastric juice is different in the state of normo-, hypo-, hyper- and anacidity. Free amino acids can be determined by the amino autoanalyzer after deproteinisation and delipidation of the gastric juice. 45 min after pentagastrin stimulation the content of free amino acids is significantly reduced compared to the values before stimulation, except for patients with anacidity.
胃液中游离氨基酸的含量在胃酸正常、胃酸过低、胃酸过高和无酸状态下有所不同。在对胃液进行脱蛋白和脱脂处理后,游离氨基酸可用氨基酸自动分析仪进行测定。与刺激前的值相比,除无酸患者外,五肽胃泌素刺激45分钟后游离氨基酸的含量显著降低。
