We investigated the effect of bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) on the implants--bone integration by light microscope, ABC technique, and EDXA. The results showed that there was difference between the BMP of foreign origin and internal origin in the time of inducing new bone formation and in the starting mechanism of new bone formation. The BMP composite implants could accelerate the osseointegration between implants and bone, and would be of value in clinical application.
我们通过光学显微镜、ABC技术和能量分散X射线分析(EDXA)研究了骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)对种植体-骨结合的影响。结果表明,外源BMP和内源BMP在诱导新骨形成的时间以及新骨形成的起始机制方面存在差异。BMP复合种植体能加速种植体与骨之间的骨结合,在临床应用中具有价值。
