Abstract
The authors report on a case of a preterm infant who suffered from pneumonia due to genital mycoplasma infection. Hepatic dysfunction was associated. Tetracyclines were successful.

作者报告了一例因生殖支原体感染而患肺炎的早产儿病例。该病例伴有肝功能障碍。使用四环素治疗取得了成功。
