Abstract

The anatomical restrictions for rehabilitation of the atrophic posterior maxilla limit treatment options for many patients. The learning objective of this article is the discussion of these limitations and presentation of a clinical report of the surgical technique and histologic findings of a sinus lift procedure which facilitates the placement of nonsubmerged endosseous oral implants.
