Review teams threaten local care.

The six specialty review teams set up to look at the provision of services across London have reinforced the move to close major London hospitals outlined by the Tomlinson review and in the DH report Making London better. The teams suggest major specialties are concentrated on a reduced number of sites. Christina Potrykus examines the implications.
