An introduction into the major cistern of the cranial ground of sterile talc to 134 rabbits artificially created a model of leptomeningitis. The talc evoked proliferative reactions of fiber and cellular structures adjacent to the area of pia mater. Treatment by 1 or 2 sessions of lydase, pyrogenal, bijochinol, bijochinol in combination with radiation therapy led to a significant decrease of the fibroplastic changes in the pia mater and liquordynamic pyrogenal. Bijochinol therapy did not exert any special effect. The convened studies confirm the effectiveness of resorptive therapy, thus permitting to recommend this form of therapy for the treatment of patients with arachnoiditis (leptomeningitis).
向134只家兔的颅底主要脑池内注入无菌滑石粉,人为制造了软脑膜炎模型。滑石粉引起软脑膜区域邻近的纤维和细胞结构的增殖反应。用1或2次透明质酸酶、热原质、维生素B12、维生素B12联合放射治疗,可使软脑膜的纤维组织增生性改变和脑脊液动力学热原质显著减少。维生素B12治疗未产生任何特殊效果。所进行的研究证实了吸收疗法的有效性,因此可推荐这种治疗形式用于治疗蛛网膜炎(软脑膜炎)患者。
