Abstract
In a series of patients with recurrent bladder carcinoma, treatment with various cytostatic drugs was generally unsatisfactory in cases of infiltrating carcinoma. Better results were achieved using instillation of Thiotepa for bladder papillomatosis and by instillation of Adriamycin for carcinoma in situ.

在一系列复发性膀胱癌患者中，对于浸润性癌，使用各种细胞抑制药物进行治疗总体效果并不理想。对于膀胱乳头状瘤病，采用噻替派膀胱灌注取得了较好的效果；对于原位癌，采用阿霉素膀胱灌注也取得了较好的效果。
