Abstract

Congenital triggering of a digit other than the thumb is a rare. A nine year old boy has been treated for congenital, multiple trigger digits in addition to the thumb. The operative findings were only slight thickening of the flexor pulley and noticeable fusiform swelling of the flexor tendons.

除拇指外其他手指的先天性扳机指较为罕见。一名9岁男孩除拇指外还患有先天性多发性扳机指并接受了治疗。手术所见仅为屈指腱鞘轻度增厚以及屈肌腱明显的梭形肿胀。
