Abstract
We report on a case of a 34-year-old I. Grav./I. Para. After a normal pregnancy and Caesarean section, the patient developed a postpartum HELLP-syndrome with an eclamptic attack.

我们报告一例34岁初产妇/经产妇。在正常妊娠及剖宫产术后，该患者发生了伴有子痫发作的产后HELLP综合征。
