The present study was designed to investigate the results of homograft of cervical trachea preserved in formaldehyde. Surgical approach consists in end-to-end anastomosis. In all our cases the graft was rejected, and the animals could only live 13 days as a maximum. We find tracheal mucosa is responsible for graft antigens. The results both clinical and histopathological are compared with a control group and with those obtained by other authors using different conservation methods.
本研究旨在调查经甲醛保存的颈段气管同种移植的结果。手术方法为端端吻合。在我们所有的病例中,移植物均被排斥,动物最长只能存活13天。我们发现气管黏膜是移植物抗原的来源。将临床和组织病理学结果与对照组以及其他作者使用不同保存方法所获得的结果进行了比较。
