Daily expertising practice shows that in case of exclusively somatically induced unspecific pain chronification is greatly enhanced. Faced with such phenomena, it is suggested that a dualistic manner of interpretation and treatment taking into consideration in equal measure both somatic and psychosocial factors and their mutual interaction, may initiate a change in the general trend of the patient's complaints towards eventual relief.
日常的专业实践表明，在单纯由躯体因素引起的非特异性疼痛的情况下，慢性化会大大加剧。面对这种现象，有人建议，一种兼顾躯体和心理社会因素及其相互作用的二元解释和治疗方式，可能会使患者抱怨的总体趋势朝着最终缓解的方向发生改变。
