Psychodrama is a form of psychotherapy which uses drama as its main medium. 2. It has four main stages: warm-up, action, sharing and re-integration. It has various forms, such as sociodrama and monodrama, and is separate from drama therapy, which centres on metaphor and its relationship with drama, although the two can often be used in partnership.
