Abstract
A young adolescent with a large epidural hematoma presented with a complete paralysis of the ipsilateral oculomotor nerve. Prior to evacuation of the clot, the patient was awake and alert, without radiological evidence of skull fracture. Atypical features of pediatric extradural hematoma are reviewed to aid in the recognition of the clinically complex and varied aspects of the treatable disease.

一名患有巨大硬膜外血肿的青少年出现同侧动眼神经完全麻痹。在清除血凝块之前，患者清醒且警觉，无颅骨骨折的影像学证据。本文回顾了小儿硬膜外血肿的非典型特征，以帮助认识这种可治疗疾病在临床方面的复杂性和多样性。
