A patient with hypogammaglobulinemia is presented with a primary cutaneous B-cell lymphoma. Diagnosis requires clinical and histologic criteria as well as phenotyping and genotyping. The cause, differential diagnosis, staging criteria, and treatment of the cutaneous B-cell lymphoma are reviewed.
