[The influence of information on the diagnosis of short-term prognosis in schizophrenia].

Data was collected from 60 patients ill for the first time with schizophrenia. In 30 cases a nosological diagnosis was given while in the rest of the patients a syndrome diagnosis was placed. In the follow-up conducted 3 years later it was revealed that the groups basically do not differ from each other in the course of the illness or the clinical picture but they do differ from each other in their job adjustment.
