Call for action on immigrant HIV exclusion policy.

The Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights and Services in San Francisco drafted a national sign-on letter to President Clinton, urging immediate action to end the mandatory HIV testing and exclusion of immigrants to the U.S. The Coalition, with the support of the American Civil Liberties Union, has asked for our help in mobilizing a letter writing campaign during the month of March. The following is a suggested form for such a letter.
