A case of focal nodular myositis is reported. The patient was a 37-year old male with no prior medical history. He had three episodes of focal nodular myositis over a three month period, recovering completely after each attack. During the last attack there were three lesions in the left quadriceps and one in the biceps muscle of the left arm. Histologically there was severe myositis. After the last attack he has been well for 12 months without sequelae.
报告了一例局灶性结节性肌炎病例。患者为一名37岁男性，既往无病史。他在三个月内发生了三次局灶性结节性肌炎发作，每次发作后均完全康复。最后一次发作时，左股四头肌有三个病灶，左臂肱二头肌有一个病灶。组织学检查显示有严重的肌炎。最后一次发作后，他已健康12个月，无后遗症。
