We reviewed the results achieved by ligation of the deep dorsal vein of the penis in 14 males with erectile dysfunction secondary to venous leakage. Prostaglandin E1 injection, echo Doppler and cavernosometry were utilized for the diagnosis. Surgical correction was performed when the cavernosometric flow required for erection was more than 200 cc/minute. The patients had a follow-up evaluation at 3, 6 and 12 months postoperatively. At one year, 4 (28.5%) patients showed good results and 10 (71.4%) poor. The factors that may influence the short, medium and long-term results are briefly described.
我们回顾了14例因静脉漏导致勃起功能障碍的男性患者行阴茎背深静脉结扎术的治疗结果。采用前列腺素E1注射、超声多普勒及海绵体测压进行诊断。当勃起所需的海绵体测压血流量超过200 cc/分钟时，进行手术矫正。术后3、6和12个月对患者进行随访评估。一年时，4例（28.5%）患者效果良好，10例（71.4%）效果不佳。简要描述了可能影响短期、中期和长期结果的因素。
