Techniques for the simultaneous management of incarcerated ventral herniae and cholelithiasis via laparoscopy.

Two patients presented with symptomatic cholelithiasis and cholecystitis and ventral herniae. In Case 1, an incarcerated supraumbilical hernia was present in a morbidity obese patient. In Case 2, an incarcerated incisional hernia was present. Both patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy and simultaneous herniorrhaphy. Technical details of the operative technique are presented.
