The nature of the epinephrine action on the excitability of giant neurons depends on its concentration. With a concentration of 1-10(-5) M changes in electrophysiological parameters of the somatic neurons membrane produced by its bore proof to the rising and with that of 1-10(-4) M -- to its falling excitability. Propranolol was indifferent in regard to both epinephrine effects, while dihydroergotoxin abolished the inhibitory effect of epinephrine.
肾上腺素对巨型神经元兴奋性的作用性质取决于其浓度。浓度为1-10(-5)M时,其对躯体神经元膜电生理参数的影响可抵抗兴奋性的升高;浓度为1-10(-4)M时,则可抵抗兴奋性的降低。普萘洛尔对肾上腺素的两种作用均无影响,而双氢麦角毒素则可消除肾上腺素的抑制作用。
