[Behavior of arterial oxygen-partial pressure under stress in persons with healthy lungs and patients with bronchitis].

In 20 healthy volunteers and 13 patients with chronic bronchitis arterial oxygen tension during and after bicycle ergometer exercise was measured continuously. With additional hemodynamic and ventilatory parameters and further analysis of bloodgases a typical pattern of oxygen tension in the group with chronic bronchitis was found. The results are put in prospect evaluating patients with pulmonary diseases under exercise.
