Abstract
A 49-year-old Caucasian female with multiple whitish granules within an erythematous plaque in her right retroauricle area is described. Histology was consistent with epidermal cysts. After 1 year, a group of similar granules occurred behind the left auricle. This is the second reported case of 'milia en plaque' with bilateral distribution.
