Using the methods of early diagnostics of phlebothromboses and thromboembolisms of pulmonary arteries allowed the author to establish that the optimum method of prophylactics of thromboembolic complications is considered to be the individual doses and schemes of administration of heparin which do not cause hypocoagulation shifts in the hemostasis system and greater bleeding of the wound at the early postoperative period.
