Abstract

Postoperative ileal-ileal intussusception is an unusual and uncommonly cited complication of bladder augmentation. The preoperative diagnosis is difficult due to the vague clinical findings. We report a case of ileal-ileal intussusception that occurred following gastrocystoplasty in a child. Computed tomography accurately diagnosed the condition preoperatively, and led to early exploratory laparotomy and successful reduction.

术后回肠-回肠套叠是膀胱扩大术一种罕见且较少被提及的并发症。由于临床表现模糊，术前诊断困难。我们报告一例儿童胃膀胱成形术后发生回肠-回肠套叠的病例。计算机断层扫描术前准确诊断了该病情，并促使早期进行剖腹探查及成功复位。
