Abstract
An uncommon case of annular, jejunum-constricting adenocarcinoma with subocclusive attacks in a woman of 56 is reported. The patient had been suffering from disturbances in the intestinal passages for some 5 months. The suspected diagnosis based on a fleeting objective symptom was confirmed by radiology with barium meal.

报告了一例罕见的环状空肠缩窄性腺癌病例，患者为一名56岁女性，伴有亚闭塞性发作。患者肠道功能紊乱约5个月。基于短暂客观症状的疑似诊断通过钡餐造影得到了放射学证实。
