Abstract
Due to peculiar course of ulcerous process in children, manifested not only by gross morphological changes in the zone of ulcer location but also by profound functional disturbances, it is recommended to resort to surgical interventions prior to the onset of stomach decompensation and development of grave homeostatic disorders. Gastric resection is thought by the authors to be the operation of choice.
摘要
由于儿童溃疡过程的特殊病程，不仅表现为溃疡部位的明显形态学变化，还表现为严重的功能紊乱，因此建议在胃失代偿和严重的体内平衡紊乱发生之前采取手术干预措施。作者认为胃切除术是首选的手术方式。
