Abstract
A general description of the different syndromes of cranio-tubular dysplasia is given and 3 cases are described. Surgery can be difficult because of the marble hard bone. The possibility of complications such as recurrence, profuse bleeding and medullary compression with fatal results is stressed. The results of treatment remain poor.
