Five cases of aneurysm of the posterior cerebral artery (PCA) are reported. All patients presented with SAH. Four cases were operated from the subtemporal approach, and one from occipital interhemispheric route. Three aneurysms were treated by clipping, and two by closing of the PCA (trapping and proximal clipping). Four patients had either excellent or good outcome. One patient died (meningitis). The operative tactics are discussed in relation to the anatomy of PCA.
本文报告了5例大脑后动脉（PCA）动脉瘤。所有患者均表现为蛛网膜下腔出血（SAH）。4例采用颞下入路手术，1例采用枕部大脑半球间入路。3例动脉瘤采用夹闭治疗，2例采用大脑后动脉闭塞（圈套术和近端夹闭）。4例患者预后良好或极佳。1例患者死亡（死于脑膜炎）。结合大脑后动脉的解剖结构对手术策略进行了讨论。
